Reaction energy profile diagrams
The last step of the oxycat use case consists of performing a query of the data generated from the model's workflow, and using such data as input for a python script called waterfall.py to generate a diagram which essentially displays the free Gibbs' energies of the different steps of the OER:
The currently available visualization and plotting tools of the language do not allow to create similar diagrams without the use of third party tools. In principle all data required for such diagrams should be readily available if the same model is run with the language. A native way of visualizing such data could be very useful, whether it is in a similar waterfall style, or using reaction profile diagrams, (for example, something like these)
