The HRT Imaging Tool (or simply HIT) implements algorithms to create mosaic images from image datasets acquired with the HRT. The algorithms have been developed for datasets of corneal tissue which are imaged using the RCM or the RCM2.0.

Stress Profiles Using Directional Statistics (SPUDS) is a Python-based workflow for calculating, visualizing, and interpreting stress orientations along borehole axis using directional statistics. The tool extracts SHmax and Shmin (maximum and Minimum horizontal stress) orientations from results files generated with ILAT, SAC, FAC, and convert them to SHmax orientation, applies magnetic corrections, performs fixed interval or moving-window statistics, and produces publication-ready plots:
