change AQ attribute source to work with AA and not only with IDPs

* groups were not correctly removed when a custom name was set
* members of groups that are derived from a project where not correctly
removed in some cases
* display of PIs for project service admins
* fix some styles
* Add group tools for admin regarding projects
* Reformat invitation accept page

on script basis

This commit includes a few changes:
* Add self as member with project creation
* Correct layout of project invitation page
* Add page to edit project admins
* Create sub project page

By reloading the page after deploy the key becomes "fully accessable" and immediate deletion is no longer a problem

Turns out, the message detail resolution was disabled.

also relates to github login. The email address is not transmitted from
github if not explicitly set visible, i think. That means #200 gets more
and more important.

Only works for SAML Users with persistent id for now
