Query functions
This MR is solving Issue https://git.scc.kit.edu/ce7802/vre-middleware/-/issues/8
In addition, provided the wfquery module with a bunch of functions toease the use of queries.
Unit tests cover 100% the new code. Documentation has to be written in another MR.
