Fix to reference of old urls

This merge fixes the references to the old SCC Gitlab and removes any references to the submodule structure.

Most importantly the Merge fixes the cargo sync error experienced in the lib, since the unix-udp-sock dependency in the lib/Cargo.toml was still referencing to the old Gitlab.
