Draft: Test/pytest pipeline

Pytests should run automatically in the GitLab CI pipeline. Currently, the adr_navigation test is not running (because hardcoded timestamps changed after including probabilistic transfer times). The problem is in the test. Once it is fixed, this can be merged.
