NO_STORY fix problems with projects and resulting groups

* groups were not correctly removed when a custom name was set
* members of groups that are derived from a project where not correctly
removed in some cases
* display of PIs for project service admins
* fix some styles
* Add group tools for admin regarding projects
* Reformat invitation accept page
