Folders "builds", "civenv" cluttering $HOME on the CI node

Is this folder from the CI workflows? If appropriate it should get more specific name or better go to some othe place.

... and also the civenv folder in $HOME.

... and change the project for accountoing in SLURM jobs on horeka from default project to project group hk-project-test-sdlmat.
