Some packages are missing in requirement.txt and setup.cfg

For example fireworks, pyyaml. The fresh install does not consider these packages and the examples and the tests do not work. The CI tests do work because these packages come with the docker container used in the CI runner. There might be further packages missing in the dependencies.
