Wrong format of structure output in workflow mode

The following code works in instant and deferred evaluation mode, as expected.

water = Structure from file 'water.xyz'
water to file 'water.cif'

In workflow evaluation mode (texts -m workflow or texts session) the content of water.cif is in YAML format and not CIF.
