Write a documentation on how to extend the SCL

We should describe how to extend the core DSL (the SCL) for other domains / use cases. This manual should cover:

• grammar extension
• enrichment of metamodel
  • type_ properties in model
  • func properties in model
  • value properties in model
  • define constraints
• write tests
• write docs
