Goals and Issues to be worked on at GPN 2024.

The overall goal is to have a clearly defined MVP covered by multiple testable scenarios (some individual containernet scripts, and integration tests).

The second goal is to have a public repo that has up-to-date README, that explains what is currently working (and what is not / untested) and how you can build and run the test-cases.
