Admin interface: Add possibility to edit members for a project

In the admin interface (/admin/project/show-local-project.xhtml?id=1249861), there is a possibility to edit Project admins (add, remove).

Add similar functionality for the members too (new page needs to be created: example: edit-project-members.xhtml).
