Empty values from attribute source produce error

Preparation for automatic projects from JARDS attribute source. Our current JARDS endpoint can return keys with empty values, which would lead to errors in RegApp. (If I remember it correctly)

One solution would be to change JARDS to omit empty values in the response, but making RegAp more robust sounds better anyways.
