Proposal to remove :Stakeholder, :UseCase and EnvironmentalCondition from Core Ontology. Does anyone have diagonal requirements to this proposal?

Only a handful of projects need to model :EnvironmentalCondition (associated with sensors, robots, or other resource deployments), and few intend to model stakeholders and use cases (e.g., A04). Thus, these should be part of their project-specific ontologies rather than the Core Ontology.

As a result, following declarations will be removed from the Core Ontology:

:Stakeholder rdf:type owl:Class ; rdfs:comment "A stakeholder represents an individual or group interested in or affected by the process or product" .

:UseCase rdf:type owl:Class ; rdfs:comment "A use case represents a specific scenario or context in which a product or process is used" .

:interestedIn rdf:type owl:ObjectProperty ; rdfs:domain :Stakeholder ; rdfs:range :UseCase ; rdfs:comment "A stakeholder is interested in a use case" .

:EnvironmentalCondition rdf:type owl:Class ; rdfs:comment "Environmental conditions are factors such as temperature, humidity, etc., that can influence resources or processes" .

:isInfluencedByCondition rdf:type owl:ObjectProperty ; rdfs:domain :Resource ; rdfs:range :EnvironmentalCondition ;
