Further Optimization of Spot Detection

remove "clicked" debugging messages in terminal
option to display image in main gui, otherwise hard to count row/col numbers (seperate opening is currently required)
optional: progress/ticks of semi-automated selection
optional: pop-up window to show that calculation is in progress
