Half integration of source wavelet or seismograms

In 2D the source injection causes a half derivative of the wavelet. To correct for this, so that a ricker in the input gives a ricker in the output (not a half derivated), a half integration is necesary either on the input wavelet or on the seismograms.

Implement a half integration on the input wavelet or the seismograms.
