Passive Vs update

Sometimes it's not required to update Vs through calculating it's own gradient but to update it passively by updating Vp and keeping the Vp/Vs ratio constant.

Implement the calculation of the Vp/Vs ratio. Implement the update of Vs according to Vp by keeping the Vp/Vs ratio constant.
