Support for Webdemo Websocket Protocol

For demonstration purpose, it is required that we integrate the websockt-based debug protocol into the routing daemon and our containers.

The initial work has already been done on branch feature/ws-debug-client. Because of the major refactoring done in !18 (merged) a rebase is needed.
